Try a time

1:14:27 earns 1,000 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 4.91. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 14 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,000.04 and their times 1:14:27, so that time earned 1000 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 4.91 points. How points are calculated.
