The points for this course were set by 11 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. That's across this course and 8B, which have the same length, climb and controls and are calculated as one. Their scores averaged 820.56 and their times 1:12:58, so that time earned 821 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 4.26 points. How points are calculated.
