The points for this course were set by 12 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. That's across this course and WHV (Hypervet Women 75+), which have the same length, climb and controls and are calculated as one. Their scores averaged 756.8 and their times 46:30, so that time earned 757 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 12.11 points. How points are calculated.
