1:09:49 earns 966 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 6.08. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 16 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 966.28 and their times 1:09:49, so that time earned 966 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 6.08 points. How points are calculated.
