The points for this course were set by 40 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. That's across this course and WSV, which have the same length, climb and controls and are calculated as one. Their scores averaged 926.79 and their times 58:35, so that time earned 927 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 11.78 points. How points are calculated.
