1,005 points = 1,004.9 the field's average score + 107.5 spread of their scores × ( 1:04:11 their average time − 1:04:11 a time, T ) ÷ 15:58 spread of their times

Try a time

1:04:11 earns 1,005 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 6.73. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 27 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,004.9 and their times 1:04:11, so that time earned 1005 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 6.73 points. How points are calculated.
