1,089 points = 1,089.47 the field's average score + 79.22 spread of their scores × ( 1:14:43 their average time − 1:14:43 a time, T ) ÷ 12:51 spread of their times

Try a time

1:14:43 earns 1,089 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 6.17. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 49 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,089.47 and their times 1:14:43, so that time earned 1089 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 6.17 points. How points are calculated.
