1,057 points = 1,057.5 the field's average score + 128.68 spread of their scores × ( 1:14:41 their average time − 1:14:41 a time, T ) ÷ 20:08 spread of their times

Try a time

1:14:41 earns 1,057 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 6.39. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 40 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,057.5 and their times 1:14:41, so that time earned 1058 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 6.39 points. How points are calculated.
