Try a time

1:05:54 earns 1,010 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 7.64. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 24 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,010 and their times 1:05:54, so that time earned 1010 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 7.64 points. How points are calculated.
