1,000 points = 1,000.21 the field's average score + 90.81 spread of their scores × ( 1:02:51 their average time − 1:02:51 a time, T ) ÷ 16:18 spread of their times

Try a time

1:02:51 earns 1,000 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 5.57. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 30 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,000.21 and their times 1:02:51, so that time earned 1000 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 5.57 points. How points are calculated.
