1:18:49 earns 983 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 7.59. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 36 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 983.35 and their times 1:18:49, so that time earned 983 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 7.59 points. How points are calculated.
