1,025 points = 1,025.33 the field's average score + 75.58 spread of their scores × ( 1:00:17 their average time − 1:00:17 a time, T ) ÷ 9:57 spread of their times

Try a time

1:00:17 earns 1,025 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 7.6. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 45 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,025.33 and their times 1:00:17, so that time earned 1025 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 7.6 points. How points are calculated.
