50:55:55 earns 920 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 0.21. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 37 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 919.53 and their times 50:55:55, so that time earned 920 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 0.21 points. How points are calculated.
