1:04:29 earns 906 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 11.76. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 9 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 905.46 and their times 1:04:29, so that time earned 905 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 11.76 points. How points are calculated.
