1,230 points = 1,229.7 the field's average score + 82.01 spread of their scores × ( 1:26:04 their average time − 1:26:04 a time, T ) ÷ 27:32 spread of their times

Try a time

1:26:04 earns 1,230 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 2.98. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 28 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,229.7 and their times 1:26:04, so that time earned 1230 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 2.98 points. How points are calculated.
