20:05 earns 1,180 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 19.08. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 15 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,180.09 and their times 20:05, so that time earned 1180 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 19.08 points. How points are calculated.
