1,001 points = 1,001.24 the field's average score + 84.83 spread of their scores × ( 1:26:59 their average time − 1:26:59 a time, T ) ÷ 13:23 spread of their times

Try a time

1:26:59 earns 1,001 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 6.34. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 19 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,001.24 and their times 1:26:59, so that time earned 1001 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 6.34 points. How points are calculated.
