Point calculations

1,001 points = 1,000.56 the field's average score + 106.17 spread of their scores × ( 1:26:42 their average time − 1:26:42 a time, T ) ÷ 18:09 spread of their times

Try a time

1:26:42 earns 1,001 points here. Each minute faster or slower is worth 5.85. Pick a runner's time in the table to try theirs.

The points for this course were set by 50 of its runners: those who already had ranking scores and ran close to them. Their scores averaged 1,000.56 and their times 1:26:42, so that time earned 1001 points, and each minute faster or slower was worth 5.85 points. How points are calculated.
