University of Plymouth Orienteering Club (UPOC)
Club details
An outdoor adventure sport, orienteering involves running and navigating with a map and compass to aim to complete a course as quickly as possible. Choose your route, encounter challenges, find checkpoints and discuss with friends at the finish! We run through terrain in areas like Dartmoor, sand dunes, forests of every kind, parkland, towns, cities, and many more. As a new club, we’re excited to explore Devon and beyond, with regular navigation training in stunning scenery. We’re here to help you learn and practice the basics of navigation, a priceless life skill, as well as join a community in what is a new and unheard-of sport for many!
Established in 2025. UPOC is a closed club.
